Tablet
Tablets are the most common form that is found in supplement product. It is usually produced in small to swallow easily. The ingredients that mostly produce in this form are Vitamin, Mineral, Collagen, various powder extraction, etc. Our company has “Film Technology” to use for Tablet coating instead of using old technique; Sugar Coating. The advantages of this technology are “reducing tablet cracking” and “no sugar”.
Capsule
Capsules are the another most common form that is found in supplement product. It’s designed for powder filling. We have 3 different sizes commonly; No. 2, No. 0 and No. 00. And the common capsule shell is HPVC capsule.
Soft-Gelatin Capsule
Soft-gelatin Capsules (in short; soft-gel cap) are the another most common form that is found in supplement product. It’s produced to use for oil-form filling. It can be made from 4 types of gelatins; Bovine Gelatin, Fish Gelatin, Plant-based gelatin (Veggies Gelatin) and Chewable gelatin. Soft-gelatin are specialized to fill anti-oxidant ingredients effectively too such as Astaxanthin, Fish Oil which contains high Omega 3,6,9, etc.
Powder Form
Powder form or Instant powder is one of our dosage forms that is suitable for the product you need to drink. For example, Collagen, Coffee, Whey Protein etc. We can mixed and develop the taste of product followed by customer requirement and marketing.
Gummy
Gummy is our latest new dosage form that we can produce. Gummy supplement has their characteristic to consume. We can develop formulation to support this dosage form such as Vitamin, Mineral, etc. Gummy form is capable for small dosage of ingredients and can consume much more than other form. Because it feels like a snack.
